Instant Party Food A tale of Grilled Flatbreads By Chef J Mark Hand Hospitality on Hand Whenever friends drop over there are a few staple items that always makes it to the kitchen island. You know the nights, just hanging out, eating and drinking and enjoying good company all in the safety of your own kitchen. At my house there are three things. Good Cheese, Chewy Meats (my wife hates that term but it's what they are, things like soppresata, salametti, prosciutto), and Grilled Flatbreads. Cheese we could talk about forever, that’s for another time Chewy Meats, and all things pig for that matter, also for another time. |
