Beth is our event co-ordinator. Her culinary career began as a student of Marks at the Niagara Culinary Institute. After graduation she worked in kitchens in Ontario and the U.S. before returning home to Niagara. Stepping out of the kitchen and into the dinning room has given Beth the experience she considers the “best of both worlds”. Beth joined Hospitality on Hand in 2007 bringing a well rounded approach to event planning and coordinating. It is that experience that we want to share with you in planning your special event.
